What are check-ins and why are they important?
Check-ins are periodic prompts that help you track your emotional state during conflicts. They prevent wallowing and keep you focused on resolution. You can customize check-in intervals in your settings.
How do I view my drama insights?
Go to the "Insights" tab to see your conflict patterns, resolution times, and emotional trends. This helps you identify triggers and build better conflict resolution skills over time.
